BHD is an independent consulting firm incorporated in October 1992 It is wholly owned and directed by Malaysians and is a Bumiputra company registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia and Ministry of Finance. Most of the engineers are former senior engineers in the electric utility company with wide and diverse experience.

The main focus of the company resources are on the rendering of professional services in the field electrical and mechanical engineering with special emphasis on electrical power engineering concerned with the transmission, distribution and utilization of electricity.

RAZ ASSOCIATES SDN. BHD is in collaboration with local consultants in other field and is therefore in a good position to provide services even for complex projects.
